Attendees who are presenting an oral or a contributed paper may ask for an invitation letter for their visa application. If you are unsure whether or not you really need to apply for a VISA, please check here to ensure your country requires you to issue a VISA in order to enter Portugal. If you need an invitation letter, please provide the following information:
- Title and ID of Submitted Paper/Abstract
- Full Mailing Address
- Your Full Name
- Your Country
- Name of Your Organization/Institution
All invitation letters will be emailed in PDF form. If a hard copy is needed one can be mailed (upon request) in regular mail.
